Mediatech Ltd specializes in software development, Search Engine Optimization and performance marketing for very competitive markets by focusing on producing high-quality interactive content for multiple websites/apps/webapps in multiple languages. To compliment this, we are looking for a full-time web designer to support with high-quality image content and creativity!

SCOPE OF THE JOB:

As a content designer, you will be responsible for ensuring all image/design requests within the content team are delivered to a high-quality standard and within specific deadlines.

YOUR CHALLENGE:

Manage all image/design-related tasks within specified deadlines. Source, select and create high-quality images to support online news articles. Create custom banners, screenshots, graphs and infographics. Maintain a consistent, engaging and user-friendly design for each website and manage image quality assurance across all websites.

Manage image content on social media channels associated with each website. Manage and regularly maintain online media libraries to ensure all images meet SEO and accessibility best practices. Collaborate with other team members to ensure that images as appropriate and engaging to users as possible are being used to support written content.

TO DO IT, YOU WILL NEED:

• Proficiency in graphic design best practices and software (such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign).
• Strong creative skills and a keen eye for what makes an effective and engaging design Ability to quickly and easily adapt to changing requirements
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects/tasks, meet deadlines, and work well collaboratively and under pressure.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to confidently communicate with stakeholders across departments.
• Technical knowledge of HTML and CSS highly-regarded
